Add Thinking in CPP 2nd edition Volume 1 to your KDevelop

pgquiles has created a table of contents file to use [Thinking in C , 2nd ed Volume 1] as a new documentation collection in the Documentation tab of KDevelop.

You must edit line 4 and set the base href to the location you have uncompressed TICPP (download TICPP Vol. 1 in HTML from Mindview)
